📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing recommendations to optimize financial resources.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Provide training and support to junior finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
