Rumah Sakit Dian Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of managing a branch of our esteemed medical center.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated, and that they are able to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated, and that they are able to deliver the best possible care to our patients.
  • Ensure that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and the efficiency of operations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the branch at meetings and events, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the branch.
  • Ensure that the branch is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational goals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
