Inventory & Stock Management Specialist - Retail Outlet

Join Global Mart Bali, a leading retail chain in Bali, as an Inventory & Stock Management Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless stock operations across our high-traffic outlets, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability. As part of our team in Denpasar, you'll be responsible for managing inventory across our outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung areas.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using SAP and other inventory management tools to ensure optimal stock levels across all outlets.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Implement and monitor inventory control policies, including reorder points, safety stock levels, and ABC analysis.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure smooth stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using SAP for inventory management or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail operations and industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outlet visits.
