📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the department.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring departmental performance and implementing improvement strategies.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Coordinating with other departments to achieve company goals.,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintaining accurate records and reports for the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within an automotive service company or similar industry.,Strong understanding of automotive service processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful team management and performance improvement.
