In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems used in semiconductor manufacturing. You'll develop and implement measurement protocols, troubleshoot measurement issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in measurement capabilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize precision measurement tools and methodologies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems used in semiconductor manufacturing
• Troubleshoot measurement issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in measurement capabilities
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for measurement system failures
• Develop and maintain measurement system documentation and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in metrology
• Mentor and train junior engineers on measurement techniques and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in metrology, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as SEM, AFM, and ellipsometry
• Strong understanding of statistical process control and data analysis techniques
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
