📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers,Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor,Promote products and special offers to increase sales,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 pounds,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
