In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP planning and data integration processes to support our business operations and growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize SAP planning and data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow across the organization.,Lead and mentor a team of planners and data integration specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.,Develop and implement data integration strategies to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business data.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of planning and data integration processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP planning and data integration.,Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize SAP planning and data integration tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in SAP planning and data integration, with a strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, and BW.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing SAP planning and data integration processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data-related issues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certifications in SAP planning and data integration, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Planning and SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Integration, are a plus.,Experience working in a global or multinational environment is a plus.
