📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
