📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Oversee the performance of store staff, providing coaching and support to ensure high standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
