📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure the smooth operation of our services.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience.,Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times.,Maintain and inspect all equipment and vessels to ensure they are in good working condition.,Plan and organize routes and schedules for our services.,Manage and maintain accurate records of all operations and customer feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of our business.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
