📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying procurement needs, developing and managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Source, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts to ensure that we maintain high-quality relationships with our suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
• Work closely with our team to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of procurement activities and the performance of our suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that we are able to meet our procurement needs and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
