📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to ensure smooth recruitment operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Understanding of the mining industry is a plus.
