📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Check guests in and out, and assist with room assignments and check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional assistance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Operate the front desk system and other relevant software efficiently.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.
