Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing a team of employees and ensuring high performance,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Monitoring departmental budgets and financial performance,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff,Representing the department in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of departmental processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using office software and productivity tools,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
