Shine One Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction management.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
