📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins and check-outs.,Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and manage the front desk budget, including expenses and revenue.,Train and supervise junior front desk staff to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and local language(s).,Familiarity with front desk software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
