📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the learning process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🛠️ Keahlian

Experience with e-learning platformsKnowledge of instructional design principlesAbility to create engaging and effective training materialsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with performance management and coaching
