🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and buying in a corporate or agency environment.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.,Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.,Proficiency in media planning tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.,Understanding of digital media trends and the ability to leverage digital channels effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
