Sehati Zahra Shop is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for ensuring high-quality products. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational efficiency and meeting customer demands.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure all materials are available for production.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Report production progress and any issues to senior management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Experience with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Must be able to travel to different production sites if needed.
