📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers to improve their recruitment practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
