📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all property facilities, including common areas, amenities, and infrastructure.,Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of maintenance services.,Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a high-end or luxury property setting.,Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and industry best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
