Oversee and manage the academic programs and initiatives of the university.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of academic offerings.,Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of academic programs.,Monitor and evaluate academic performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in academic affairs.,Represent the university at academic conferences, forums, and events.,Ensure compliance with all relevant academic regulations and policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key academic partners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic affairs, preferably in a higher education institution.,Proven track record of successfully managing academic programs and initiatives.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with academic policies, procedures, and best practices.
