Search Personnel is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bali. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in managing infrastructure, M&E (Mechanical and Electrical), and solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, with a deep understanding of the local market and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure, M&E, and solar energy projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure smooth project progression.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.,Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure, M&E, or solar energy projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in Bali or a similar tropical environment.,Strong understanding of local regulations, permits, and approval processes in Bali.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
