📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.,Monitor and report sales performance and market trends to management.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
