📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all maintenance activities.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance services and parts.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.,Train and supervise maintenance personnel.,Monitor and report on maintenance performance and costs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in electromechanical systems.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.,Proven ability to manage and supervise maintenance personnel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
