Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our staff is well-prepared to deliver high-quality patient care. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to healthcare staff,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide ongoing support and resources to trainers and trainees,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare training or a related role,Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Experience with training management systems and software,Certification in healthcare training or a related field is a plus
