In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of our fleet, ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained and operating at peak efficiency. You will work closely with our drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using tools like Telematics and GPS systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
• Collaborate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Work with the logistics team to optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to drivers on best practices for vehicle maintenance and operation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management and logistics.
• Report on fleet performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet operations or a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven experience with fleet management software, such as SAP Fleet Management, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
