📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports, using Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all operational aspects align with the overall project goals.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project operations, with a focus on construction or similar industries.
• Proven track record of managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
