Airbnb is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our Hotels team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand and revenue growth for our hotel partners. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that increase bookings and optimize performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase bookings for Airbnb's hotel partners.,Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for growth.,Work with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns across various channels.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive direct bookings and partnerships.,Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.,Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure the successful execution of demand generation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in driving demand and revenue growth.,Experience with performance marketing, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required. French is a plus.
