As the Head of Procurement Sourcing Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company's procurement needs
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement
• Lead and mentor the Procurement Sourcing Unit team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successful sourcing initiatives
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
