📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform regular backups and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement database changes and updates.
• Generate and analyze reports using Power BI and Tableau to support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in database administration, with a strong background in SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Certifications in database administration (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
