As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing support in legal matters. You'll work with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Conduct legal research and provide support in legal matters, ensuring adherence to local and international laws.
• Support the legal team in contract negotiations and due diligence processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department, including document management and filing.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, and provide insights to the legal team.
• Assist in the coordination of legal matters with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support the legal team in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and legal principles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
